Meet the Founder
Welcome! I'm Dr. Daniella, an herbal enthusiast and pharmacist with a deep passion for the natural world. Inspired by the ancestral wisdom of the Taino, African, and Jibaro people who shaped the culture of Borikén, now Puerto Rico, I embrace the healing power of plants. Our ancestors viewed nature as a partner in wellness, a tradition I proudly carry forward.
Born and raised in New Jersey, I am part of the Puerto Rican diaspora and have now returned to live full-time in Puerto Rico. My journey bridges the past and present, aiming to create a welcoming space where tradition and innovation meet. At Petra, my mission is to guide you on a wellness journey that connects deeply with the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Puerto Rico.
